This space offers calm, grounded support for individuals navigating overwhelm, parenting challenges, relationship strain, or major life transitions.

Sessions are conversational, supportive, and rooted in practical emotional regulation, reflection, and gentle problem-solving — not diagnosis or therapy.


HOW SESSIONS WORK

  • 45-minute virtual sessions
  • One-on-one, private, and confidential
  • Grounded, compassionate, non-judgmental
  • Focused on clarity, support, and next steps
  • Booked individually or as short-term support

This is a space to slow down, feel heard, and regain steadiness.


SUPPORT OPTIONS

Life Support Sessions

For:

  • emotional overwhelm
  • burnout or exhaustion
  • identity shifts
  • life transitions
  • feeling stuck or disconnected

These sessions focus on grounding, perspective, and gentle forward movement.

Rate: $25–$40 per session

Parenting Support Sessions

For:

  • parenting stress or burnout
  • emotional regulation support
  • navigating difficult seasons
  • gentle structure and routines
  • co-regulation tools

These sessions support you — not perfection.

Rate: $25–$40 per session

Relationship Support Sessions

For:

  • communication challenges
  • emotional distance
  • transitions or uncertainty
  • self-reflection within relationships

Sessions are reflective and supportive, not couples therapy.

Rate: $25–$40 per session
